Pharmacy Connection

Our Pharmacy Connection Program helps Peninsula residents who do not have prescription drug coverage to receive free, brand-name medications from pharmaceutical companies.

The program provides uninsured and income-eligible people with the prescription medications they need to treat their chronic illnesses. We also help obtain medications for people while they are in the Medicare Part D “Gap.”

Eligibility criteria

Pharmacy Connection services are available to low-income adults 19 years and older who have no prescription insurance and who are currently being seen by a physician.

Required paperwork and cost

Applicants must submit program application and proof of income. Most medication is free; however, there may be a co-payment for certain medications.

Administrative fee, charged 6 months after enrollment and then annually:
$20 for 1-2 medications
$25 for 3-4 medications
$30 for 5 or more medications
