Adult Anger Management

Learn strategies to manage feelings of anger. Anger is a powerful…but perfectly normal emotion we all feel from time to time. This class explains how uncontrolled anger affects us emotionally, physically, and in our relationships.

Unless otherwise noted, Adult Anger Management is a 4 consecutive Wednesday evening program beginning the first Wednesday of each month. The program is held at CCEVA Princess Anne Office location. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday and at 5:45 p.m. for the remaining session dates. This is a Court approved program. You do not have to be Court Ordered to attend. However, the Court Order rules apply. The doors will close promptly at 6:00 p.m. no exceptions. You must attend all 4 consecutive sessions to receive the Certificate. The program runs from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. All participants must call 467-7707 to pre-register.

  • FEE: $80 for 4 sessions (8 hours of classes).
  • Prepay by credit card only during enrollment. Cash or money order only at first session.
  • Ask about the grant for non-court ordered participants.

  • For Adults Only. No Babysitting Available.
