A gift of cash, personal check or credit card may be made by downloading the form above and mailing to the address indicated. Gifts to CCEVA may be made over the phone by calling 757-456-2366 EXT. 504

Corporate Giving

Your employer may offer a matching gift to double the value of your donation. Please ask at your human resources office if your company has a matching gift program or use the search engine below.

Corporate gifts are made by people who own their own business. Both the individual and the business are acknowledged for their support.

Planned Giving

Members of the CCEVA Development Office professional staff are qualified and pleased to work with donors and their legal or financial advisors in planning gifts to benefit Catholic Charities’ mission and programs.

Planned gifts include appreciated securities, real estate or other marketable property, life insurance policies, and other assets. A transfer of appreciated securities (stocks or bonds) to CCEVA allows the donor to make a gift and receive a charitable deduction equal to the full fair market value of the securities: The donor pays no capital gains tax on the gift.

Bequests providing for CCEVA in your will are an especially greatly appreciated.

Planned gifts providing lifetime income to the donor and his or her beneficiary may be made in a variety of ways: unitrusts, gift annuities, annuity trusts, and other means. Such gifts provide significant financial and tax advantages to the donor and often enable an individual to make a gift to CCEVA much greater than he or she thought possible.

Tribute gifts in honor or memory of a loved one are a generous and thoughtful way to recognize a person’s life and accomplishments. When a tribute gift is made, CCEVA notifies the honoree or next of kin and the gift is administered as the donor specifies.

Donation of Goods

The Catholic Charities’ Wish List are items that would better help us fulfill our commitment to our community.

Baby Items - Bottles, One Piece Baby Clothes and Diapers (newborn - age 2).
Burial Plots/Money for Funeral Expenses - for indigent clients who have no final resting place.
Older Adult Items - Toiletries, Ensure, and Depends.
Office Equipment - Laptop computers, multi-media projector and other equipment in very good condition.
Billboard Space - to advertise for our programs and services.
