Suffolk Virginia Tornado Victims Fund
Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia is now accepting donations to help the people affected by the tornado with financial assistance for shelter, food, rent, mortgage, utilities and medical expenses that insurance will not cover. 100% of every dollar collected will directly go to helping the victims. The program will be coordinated with government agencies and United Way agencies so that the funds are distributed in a fair, equitable, efficient and effective way so that in a disaster recovery the neediest individuals receive help in a timely fashion.
