2008 Pre-Marital Class (open to military and non-military couples)
For couples planning to marry and couples planning to have their marriage blessed in the Catholic Church.

Enrollment

To benefit the most from this class, we recommend that you attend three to six months prior to your wedding date.

All couples must enroll in the class in advance. To enroll, call Catholic Charities on the Southside at 757-467-7707 or on the Peninsula at 757-875-0060.

All couples must register the day of the class. Registration begins 30 minutes prior to the class start time.

Dates, Times & Locations

 Classes are offered once or twice every month, except in December.

Classes are held on Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm. Registration begins at 8:30am.

Classes are held at three locations: Catholic Charities in Virginia Beach, Saint Jerome in Newport News, and Saint Bede in Williamsburg.

Fee

$75.00 per couple. This fee includes marriage preparation materials: Before “I Do”: Preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage by Anthony Garascia and Together for Life by Joseph M. Champlin.

The fee may be paid in cash or by check payable to Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia, Inc.
